Hillary Wilson is an experienced, energetic attorney who heads TWA’s Atlanta office. Her concentration is entertainment law and she is proven in contract writing, contract negotiation, copyright law, trademark, criminal defense, and civil litigation representing musicians, television talent and professional athletes. She also has many personal injury and medical malpractice cases under her belt. TWA clients also rely heavily on Hillary’s marketing background to help them successfully navigate their unique career goals in a broadcasting industry that’s more competitive than ever.

Hillary attended the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville where she competed as an All-ACC student-athlete on the Track & Field team. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts, she began working as a Litigation Paralegal. That laid the early foundation for a promising legal career, helping her sharpen her skills in catering to the individual needs of every client. She went on to pursue her law degree from The Cleveland Marshall College of Law, located in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. After earning her Juris Doctor, Hillary relocated to Atlanta. There, she quickly earned a reputation as a leading young attorney who stood out for her natural displays of both toughness and charisma in the court room.
